Welcome to the fabulous Sacramento Valley in Northern California. In 1999, I went to work for the Del Webb Corporation, selling homes in the Active Adult community of Sun City Lincoln Hills. Since then, I have specialized in home sales in all five Active Adult communities located in Placer County:
- Sun City Lincoln Hills
- Sun City Roseville
- Springfield at Whitney Oaks
- The Club at Westpark

My real estate journey began in 1985, when I first got my real estate license, selling homes and properties in Bakersfield, CA. Over the past 35 years, including the past 21 in the greater Sacramento Metro area, I have dedicated myself to my clients and to growing and expanding my business. I have sold over 1,500 homes, and the number keeps growing!

- Need help staging your home? I work with highly qualified, reputable stagers who will make your home look incredible.
- Need help moving once the sale is complete? I work with a number of excellent moving companies.

When I began my career everything was done manually, from measuring the square footage of homes, to pounding signs into the ground, to calculating closing costs.
